Long term client relationships prove key to a successful sale

What a great end to last week with contracts exchanged on this fabulous home in Essex Villas, W8, achieving over the asking price following some competitive bidding in an off-market campaign.

This is one of those very satisfactory full circle scenarios, with Tom Tangney having sold the house to the present owner in 2015 and maintaining a great relationship ever since.

It goes to show that long term client relationships are what it’s all about, particularly in a tricky market.

Following this successful off-market sale, we received an instruction for one of the largest houses on the exclusive Earls Terrace in Kensington.  Both instructions were the result of our focus on maintaining excellent long-term client relationships, with Tom Tangney having previously sold both houses to the current owners.

We have worked with lots of our clients over many years, many sales and purchases and sometimes over several generations of the same family.
