Simon Rose

With over 35 years’ experience in residential property, Simon Rose has worked for several high profile, premium real estate agencies at Partner level.

Simon has extensive experience in handling complicated and high value sales, both to private individuals and corporate entities. He has a broad network of contacts, including those in the inner agency circles and is well-known and respected for his complete discretion and professionalism.

Developing long-standing relationships with clients and buyers, Simon’s focus is on delivering a results-orientated and attentive service. He is as loyal to his clients as they are to him, and most of his business comes from personal recommendation.

Simon’s knowledge of property and track record trading in Prime Central London areas are second to none, with a particular specialty in and around Kensington and Chelsea. As a Home Counties resident, he also covers Surrey and Berkshire.

Tom Tangney

Tom Tangney is a very well established and well-regarded property consultant with over 35 years in the business, specialising in Prime Central London.

He has a long career in the London property market, working with large agencies including Chestertons, Douglas & Gordon, John D Wood & Co and Knight Frank, for whom he was a partner for 19 years.

Tom is a seasoned pro with an exceptional reputation and a down to earth, yet highly professional personality, which has enabled him to develop long-standing client relationships.
