We often work on an exclusive basis or as joint sole agent with one other nominated agent. Once appointed, we personally accompany prospective buyers, update regularly with progress and recommendations, and act on your behalf, until the sale completes. Your property can be listed on the key property portals and shared with our trusted contacts including estate agents, clients and other interested parties - without any additional charge to you.

ACQUISITIONS

Like great works of art, often the best properties don’t ever reach the open market. Our black book of contacts and market intel allow us to source the best properties for you; select, preview, organise viewings, and advise you on how best to secure the property of choice. Unlike estate agents, who work for the seller or landlord, we will work exclusively for you, the buyer or the renter. So, if you like a property and want to make an offer, we will negotiate the best terms for you and oversee the purchase or new tenancy through to completion and beyond.

RENTALS

We are very experienced in renting property. We offer two services; Letting (tenant sourcing and rent processing ) or Letting & Management (tenant sourcing and day to day management of the property), supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle of the tenancy. We advise on everything related to renting and letting out a property, what is required to bring it to market standard, administering the processes and legal compliance to support a viable tenancy. We also source suitable rental properties to move into or to purchase as investment. We are committed to high service delivery, working in line with ARLA Propertymark guidelines and their Client Money Protection Scheme Rules.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

If you are looking for us to manage your property on a day to day basis, we offer a full Property Management Service. Our book of key contractors, all specialists in their field, help us look after your property when you can’t. We also carry out routine visits, keep in line with regulation and can propose small improvements to help keep your property up to date to support optimised rent levels and contented tenants. If your needs fall outside of our area of expertise, we will gladly introduce you to other trusted property experts and partners.
