Rose & Partners brings back old-fashioned, personal service to property

London property professional, Simon Rose, has set up Rose & Partners, residential property specialists, combining the best of the high street with the ultimate delivery of a personal service and total discretion.  Rose & Partners sell, advise, acquire property on behalf of their clients and offer rental and general property advice.

A former Partner of Strutt & Parker’s SW10 London office, Rose has worked in the Prime Central London (PCL) market for over 30 years.

While Rose had enjoyed every minute of working in agency, the change was prompted by the realisation that his clients were seeking a single point of contact; a person they could trust to be totally focused on delivering their desired result and available to fit around their schedules.  They were also looking for regular, intelligent input and complete discretion.

“I love people and I love property,” said Rose. “but I found (in agency) that I was doing less and less of what I love and do best – matching people to property, selling and putting sales together out of nowhere.  I felt that my clients weren’t getting the best of me, because I was spread too thin, running a sizeable team, dealing with day to day paperwork and the management of the office and not spending enough time on what matters to me most – my clients”.

Last year, as Brexit hit, Rose felt that it was a good time prepare for his next chapter: “The high street agents were finding it tough, struggling with high overheads, expensive high street premises, competition of online agency services and having more and more to justify their fees.” Said Rose.  “Both divert from meeting the needs of the higher-end customer.”

In essence, Rose is going back to the good old fashioned basics; putting people and property together – a simple and effective results-orientated and customer-focused service.

“Just as a private banker or wealth manager takes care of all his client’s financial needs,” says Rose, “I aim to do the same for my clients’ residential property needs, working only with a handful of clients at any given time.”

Placing emphasis on personal service and specialist advice, Rose & Partners sell and acquire property on behalf of clients and if required, can also offer advice and help with rentals, investment properties and other property related services.

With 30 years trading experience in PCL, Simon Rose has built a strong track record of sales, but also a knowledge of all transactions, both off and on market, in and around the Chelsea and Kensington postcodes.

Known for his dedication, discretion and relationship building, he aims to provide a service where the focus is totally client centric.
